Okinawan Karate — Words of Wisdom from Master Ken

Once in a while it is nice to poke fun at ourselves…

When it comes to self defense, Okinawan Karate is known as a highly effective martial arts. Okinawan karate is also known for its richness and depth. Those are owing to the unique history of Okinawa, its proximity to China, and a ban on weapons that has been in place for hundreds of years, creating a necessity to focus on hand-to-hand combat.
